Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit your request.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package at no additional cost to you.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
